Team Green beats Team White by 7 wickets in second practice match

Lahore: Babar Azan-led Pakistan Green has defeated Pakistan while by seven wickets in the second 50-over practice match at Gaddafi Stadium.
Team Green chased the revised target of 290 in 46.5 overs. Openers Imam-ul-Haq and Abid Ali made 77 and 63 respectively. Both players were declared retired hurt. Middle-order batter Haris Sohail remained unbeaten on 63*. Haris Rauf picked one wicket for Team White.
Earlier, Mohammad Rizwan led Team white posted 239 in 46.4 overs. Imad Wasim made 71 while Rizwan scored 60.
Faheem Ashraf of Pakistan Green took 3 wickets while Mohammad Hasnain and Usman Qadir took 2 wickets each.
It must be noted that Shadab Khan wasn’t playing and leading Team White due to strain in the left leg. The squad will now travel to Rawalpindi to feature in the three-match ODI series against Zimbabwe.
