Seven booked for murder attempt of shop owner

ISLAMABAD: PS Koral caught seven for their alleged involvement in attacking a shop with the intention to kill its owner, while recovering arms from their possession.
According to details, a citizen Bhai Khan s/o Yar Muhammad lodged complaint with PS Koral that around eight or ten persons attacked his shop through firing with intention to kill him. Following the compliant, SP Rural Malik Naeem Iqbal assigned the task to SDPO Koral to ensure arrest of the assailants. He further constituted a team headed by SHO Ishtiaq Shah, ASI Azam and others to ensure arrest of the criminals.
The cops’ team conducted successful operation and arrested seven accused involved in attacking shop and recovered one Kalashnikov a and 30-bore pistol from their possession. The accused were later identified as Pervez, Ehtesham, Babar, Khuram, Jameel, Ejaz and Mubashir while further investigation is underway from them. Moreover, they were also found to be involved in various criminal incidents. DIG Operations Waqar-ud-din Syed has appreciated this performance of police besides announcement of cash prizes and commendation certificates for the cops involved in the operation.
