Presented on Saturday evening at the NCPA concert hall, the concert “Pastoral” marked the start of “Sound of Summer Blooms,” a second online concert series from the NCPA that comes after the success of the initial spring-themed series over the past weeks. Featuring classical melodies like Beethoven’s “Symphony No. 1 in C major, Op. 21” and “Symphony No. 6 in F major, Op. 68,” the concert had garnered more than 35 million views online as of 9 p.m. Sunday, according to figures reported by the Chinese media Monday. – Agencies
