Mufti Muneeb’s tragic recollection of his young son’s death

Mu?ammad Muneeb-ur-Rehman is a famous Pakistani religious scholar. He is a Mufti and former chairman of Pakistan’s Ruet-e-Hilal Committee. Mufti Muneeb Ur Rehman is a professor at Jinnah University for Women. He is Member of National Academic Council of Institute of Policy Studies, Head of Shariah Board of Burj Bank and President of Tanzeem-ul-Madaris and Darul Uloom Naeemia. He’s a famous Pakistani religious figure who is known by each Pakistani.
Recently, Mufti Muneeb Ur Rehman appeared in Nadir Ali’s podcast in which he opened up about the death of his young ailing son. Talking about his son, Mufti Muneeb Ur Rehman said, “I had the only son, Zia Ur Rehman, who suffered from cancer at a young age. If the tumor is exposed early, it is cureable but if the tumor is inside the body, it blocks the whole system till the diagnoses. My son was diagnosed with stomach cancer in the third or fourth stage. We got his treatment done, He had 12 sessions of chemotherapy, later on, the cancer re-occurred in his body and at that time it was incurable. Drs tried a lot to cure him but he passed away at the the age of 36, it was Allah’s decision, we have now his kids who are school going” . Have a look at the video link:
