Molana Tariq Jamil addresses students at Faisalabad

FAISALABAD: Prolific religious scholar and renowned Islamic speaker Molana Tariq Jamil emphasized the need to put a bar on self-style life but to live a life according to will and whish of Allah and on the path of Muhammad (SAW), that will, he assured would certainly pave the way for successful and happy life. Addressing a large gathering of students, faculty, staff and citizens arranged by Senior Tutor Office and Public Relations Department of the varsity at D-Ground, he said that striving for Rizq-e-halal is a core and foremost principle of Islam adding that we need to remain careful about fulfillment of domestic and professional duties with the spirit of self-accountability at every stage of life, thereby to ensure provision of Rizq-e-halal to the family.

He stressed the need to not compromise on offering of prayers as it was a core and sole responsibility of every Muslim man and woman, failing which we would be held accountable on the day of judgement. Presenting other values of a good human and a member of the Muslim society, he said speaking and respecting the truth, paying the duties, and demonstrating a good moral character were the essence of Islam. Bemoaning on the deteriorating societal standards, he said that respecting and obeying the elders in general and of paying obligations of serving the parents in particular are the shining values that are diminishing in our society, need to be followed in true letter and spirit.

Addressing the female participants, Molana Tariq Jamil said that due to centuries of together living with Hindus of subcontinent, Pakistani society seems an offshoot and a little transformed version Hindo culture that’s way, a female baby birth is considered a burden on the society but actually it is recognized blessing of Allah to a family He loves. He asked the female participants to get their tongue in control if they want peace and tranquility in the society. Highlighting Allah’s blessing and forgiveness, he said that we need to remain careful in our deeds and always ask for His mercy and forgiveness if we want to get durable success in life.

Earlier addressing the participants and greeting the guest speaker, UAF Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Iqrar Ahmad Khan(SI) urged him to sensitize the gathering regarding fulfillment of their duties, and earning Rizq-e-halal as there an immense need to enlighten and following the path of beloved Profit Hazrat Muhammad (SAW).
