ISLAMABAD: PS Shams Colony’s Homicide Wing arrested an accused involved in murder case.
According to details, on 23 March 2023, a plaintiff namely Muhammad Hanif told the Shams Colony police station team that my elder brother Muhammad Ayub was stabbed to death by the accused namely Jalil, Nadir, Fazal, Naseem and Qasim with a sharp dagger.
Upon receiving the application, the Shams Colony Police team registered a case FIR no. 162 under section 302/34 PPC. Following this incident a special investigation team was constituted.
The police team utilized all available resources and used technical and scientific methods and arrested the accused namely Muhammad Jalil, while further investigation is underway.
PS Bani Gala’s Homicide Wing arrested accused involved in murder case.
According to details, on 15 March 2023 Bani Gala police station received an application from a citizen namely Sajid Mehmood who stated that he along with his brothers namely Abid Hussain and Waqar Abbasi’s were busy in working in their land, suddenly three accused namely Ali, Akhlaq and Faizan arrived on the spot and started indiscriminate firing on us.
Due to which my brother Abid was shot and he fell down on the ground, while Akhlaq and Ali fired at me and luckily i survived. Latterly the accused escaped in a car,
I shifted my brother to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Upon receiving the application, the Bani Gala Police team registered a case FIR no. 26 under section 302/324/34 PPC. Following this incident a special investigation team was constituted. The police team utilized all available resources and used technical and scientific methods and arrested the main accused namely Faizan, while further investigation is underway.
Snatchers’ gang busted, cash & mobile phone recovered
ISLAMABAD: PS Sangjani team arrested two wanted members of the snatcher gang involved in numerous snatching activities and recovered cash, mobile phones and weapons with ammunition from their possession.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directions, a Sangjani police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending two wanted members of the snatcher gang involved in numerous snatching activities in various areas of the city. The accused were identified as Zohaib and Usman.
Police team also recovered cash, mobile phones and weapons with ammunition from their possession. Cases were registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
Nine arrested, drugs
& arms recovered
ISLAMABAD: Capital Cops apprehended nine outlaws from different areas of the city and recovered drugs and weapons with ammunition from their possession.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directives, the Margalla police team arrested an accused namely Yasir Raheem and recovered 530 gram hashish from his possession. The Karachi company police team arrested two accused namely Raeel Masih and Ansar Masih and recovered 25 liter liquor and 240 gram heroin from their possession.
Similarly, the Shalimar police arrested two accused namely Jameel and Riasat and recovered one 30 bore pistol with ammunition and 1065 gram hashish from their possession. The Shahzad Town police team apprehended an accused namely Khaliq Akhtar and recovered one 30 bore pistol with ammunition from his possession.
Moreover, the Lohi Bher police team arrested an accused namely Raisat Ali and recovered one 30 bore pistol with ammunition from his possession.
During the crackdown against proclaimed offenders and court absconders, the Islamabad capital police teams arrested two absconders and proclaimed offenders from different areas of the city. Cases have been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
